**Medical House Call
A ‘Medical House Call’ is defined as any in-person visit, at any location, from any medical professional hired or employed by Medical House Calls LLC.
***Telehealth Call
A ‘Telehealth Call’ is defined as any verbal communication (via video conferencing or phone call) between the Client and any medical professional hired or employed by Medical House Calls LLC.
– COVID Testing (Antigen, PCR, or Antibody)
– IV Therapy (including NAD Therapy)
– Medically Managed Weight Loss
– Laboratory Testing/Processing (The laboratory can bill your insurance directly for any labs ordered, or you can self-pay at their discounted rate).
– Radiological Services and Studies (Premier Radiology can bill your insurance directly for any labs ordered, or you can self-pay at their discounted rate).
